  • Panayotis Glavinis, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Thessaloniki and Scientific Coordinator of the Project: “Introductory remarks: Multidisciplinarity, Law and Economics, Economic Analysis of Law and the Objectives of the Training Workshop”

Part A:
Technical Issues and Technical Judgments in the Decisions Issued by the Commission for the Protection of Competition

  • Dimitrios Kyritsakis, Honorary Vice President of the Supreme Court of Greece, President of the Hellenic Competition Commission
  • Nikolaos Sekeroglou, Judge at the Hellenic Council of State
  • Cleopatra Kallikaki, Judge at the Administrative Court of Appeal of Athens

 The speakers will present their views and experiences with respect to the procedural issues raised within the framework of the following items: scope, limits and consequences of the judicial control of the decisions issued by the Commission for the Protection of Competition; use of economic data as evidence in legal proceedings; confidentiality issues raised by the access to the file of the case.
