Case Study on Abuse of Dominance
• Presentation by Mr. Dimitris Loukas, Partner at Potamitis Vekris Law, Former Vice-Chairman of the Hellenic Competition Commission
The Case Study intends to stimulate exchange of views and experiences among the representatives of the Judiciary and the Competition Authorities of the three Member States. More particularly, the following issues will be raised:

- The notion of dominance: criteria for assessment, proof, presumptions
